Born and raised in Lafayette, Debbie Greene has a deep-rooted love for South Louisiana and a strong connection to its people, culture, and communities. Specializing in her hometown of Lafayette, LA and surrounding areas like Carencro, Youngsville, Breaux Bridge, Opelousas, Scott, Abbeville, New Iberia and many other areas, She has also grown her market area to Many, Louisiana on the Lake of Toledo Bend. Debbie has been going to this area since she was young and now Debbie brings unmatched local knowledge and a personal touch to every client relationship.

With over 30 years of proven success in sales and marketing, Debbie combines creativity, enthusiasm, and strategy to deliver results. Before real estate, she built a career in both her family’s retail business and pharmaceutical sales with top companies like Hawthorn, Sanofi, and Purdue Pharma—sharpening the negotiation and customer-service skills that now set her apart in real estate.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2018, Debbie has consistently ranked among top-producing agents with her brokerage in Acadiana. She is known for her marketing savvy, pairing each property with professional photography, virtual tours, graphic design, and staging to ensure every home gets the top notch marketing to get it SOLD. Outside of real estate, Debbie has always been community-focused. She is a proud University of Louisiana at Lafayette alum, a former Junior League of Lafayette member and sustainer, and loves to spend her free time with her family. She is also a Certified Water Safety Instructor with over 35 years of experience teaching children how to swim which is a passion that reflects her patient, caring nature.
